In this hands-on class, we’ll cook with bright, seasonal ingredients and simple techniques that let fresh produce shine. Together we’ll make gribiche deviled eggs with asparagus, pan-roasted lamb chops with sautéed oyster mushrooms, sugar snap peas, and shallots, served alongside bulgur wheat with pistachios and lemon mint yogurt sauce. We’ll finish with a fresh and vibrant carottes râpées with honey cumin citronette. It’s a menu full of color, texture, and the fresh flavors that make spring cooking so special.
