Taste the tropics with this Caribbean-inspired menu. We’ll make Jamaican jerk chicken,  fried plantains and Trinidadian chickpea doubles (delicious open-faced sandwiches made with pillowy soft baras—flat fried breads—filled with curried chickpeas).
