Pie season is here!!! Learn to make Tablespoon’s famous all-butter double-crust apple pie. You’ll get hands-on experience making a pie from start to finish. We will mix the all-butter crust, make the filling, roll out the crust, then shape and bake the pie. You’ll take your pie home with you so you can freeze, bake and serve for the holidays. We’ll have delicious pies for you to sample and will demonstrate additional pie flavors and techniques.

Fresh Pasta: Pomodoro

Master the art of fresh pasta in this hands-on class! You’ll learn to make silky tagliatelle from scratch, paired with a vibrant pomodoro sauce and creamy stracciatella. Round out the meal with mozzarella-stuffed meatballs and crostini topped with tangy raspberry mostarda and goat cheese.

Fresh Pasta: Pasta alla Vodka

In this hands-on class, you’ll make lemon and black pepper tagliatelle and build a full Italian-inspired meal featuring bruschetta with mushrooms and goat cheese, a crisp romaine salad with parmesan and lemon-caper vinaigrette, and plenty of fresh pasta tossed in our signature spicy vodka sauce.

Tacos & Margaritas

In this class, you’ll get hands-on experience making our green chile chicken tacos, guacamole and a Mexican street corn salad that you’ll want to make over and over again! We’ll also show you how to make a fresh margarita to enjoy while you cook!

Fresh Pasta: Bolognese
Monday, November 10th | 6:00 pm
Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch! If bolognese is one of your restaurant favorites, come learn how to make it at home! We’ll make hand-cut tagliatelle with classic bolognese sauce and a side of lemon roasted cauliflower.

Korean Fried Chicken
Wednesday, November 12th | 6:00 pm
Crispy, saucy, and packed with flavor. This class is all about Korean comfort food. You’ll make Korean corn cheese, a warm and cheesy corn dip that’s a Korean BBQ favorite, along with stir-fried glass noodles (japchae) and Korean fried chicken tossed in both spicy gochujang and sweet garlic soy sauces.

Cider Season
Monday, November 17th | 6:00 pm
Celebrate fall flavors with an apple cider–inspired menu that’s cozy, comforting, and full of seasonal favorites. In this hands-on class, you’ll make a fall salad with apples and Brussels sprouts, thyme and Dijon seared pork tenderloin with cider pan sauce, roasted baby potatoes with sage and brown butter, and an apple cider cake with maple cream cheese frosting to finish.

Turkey Prep Party 2025

Turkey Prep Party
Bringing the turkey this year? Don’t stress, we’ll make it easy (and fun).
Join us the day before Thanksgiving for our annual Turkey Prep Party. We’ll handle the ordering for your fresh, local turkey and gather all the ingredients you need. During the class, you’ll prep your turkey with guidance from one of our instructors while enjoying a festive drink from the bar. You’ll head home with an oven-ready turkey and easy-to-follow instructions for roasting on Thanksgiving morning.
