Truffle Parmesan Gnocchi

Friday, February 2nd | 6:00 pm

Learn how to make handmade gnocchi from scratch! We’ll walk you through each step, from steaming and ricing potatoes, shaping and cooking your gnocchi, and getting that perfect crispy sear. You’ll also get experience making a simple salad, and a delightful truffle parmesan cream sauce.

Shakshuka Brunch

Shakshuka is a dish with origins throughout the Mediterranean including Northern and Western Africa and the Middle East. Each country has its own variation, but most include eggs poached in a richly spiced tomato sauce. We’ll also make a homemade garlic flatbread for dipping.

A perfect class for both beginners and experienced home cooks ready to level up their skills! You’ll get hands-on experience slicing, dicing, mincing & chopping various vegetables. With the cut vegetables, you’ll make soupe au pistou (vegetable soup with pesto).
