Essential Knife Skills

Tuesday, January 9th | 6:00 pm

A perfect class for both beginners and experienced home cooks ready to level up their skills! You’ll get hands-on experience slicing, dicing, mincing & chopping various vegetables. With the cut vegetables, you’ll make¬†soupe au pistou¬†(vegetable soup with pesto). You’ll learn important skills such as: how to properly hold & handle knives, essential cutting techniques, knife care, storage, safety and more!

Chicken Pot Pies

Wednesday, January 10th | 6:00 pm

Our recipe for a classic chicken pot pie will become a family favorite in no time. We will mix the all-butter crust, make the filling, roll out the crust, then shape and bake our personal pot pies. You’ll make personal sized pot pies to take home (they freeze well!) and we’ll have some ready to serve for dinner as well.

Cold Weather Comforts
