Tablespoon Cooking Co. started around the table at our Cincinnati cooking school, where we’ve spent 10 years teaching thousands of guests through hands-on classes led by professional chefs. We serve our signature Hot Gold Crunch before class and warm Triple Chocolate Chunk Brown Butter Cookies after. Guests loved them so much they kept asking to buy more to take home. We listened, and our pantry line took on a life of its own.

Everything we sell is chef-developed and made in small batches by hand in our Cincinnati kitchen. Our snack mixes layer familiar crunchy favorites with bold, unexpected flavors, while our frozen, pre-portioned cookie dough goes straight from freezer to oven for bakery-worthy cookies at home.
