Truffle Parmesan Gnocchi

Learn how to make handmade gnocchi from scratch! We’ll walk you through each step, from steaming and ricing potatoes, shaping and cooking your gnocchi, and getting that perfect crispy sear. The gnocchi is tossed in a smooth, velvety truffle parmesan cream sauce. To round out the meal, we’ll make a delightful tomato and cucumber caprese salad, and an appetizer of whipped goat cheese & fig crostini.

You’ll start with horseradish-stuffed cherry tomatoes before learning how to perfectly cook and carve a porterhouse for two with garlic herb butter — featuring both a tender filet and a flavorful New York strip, making it ideal for sharing. The meal is rounded out with creamy roasted garlic and mascarpone risotto and a bright lemon pepper broccolini side. Know a bourbon lover? Invite them to join you for Cooking with Bourbon, a flavorful, Southern-inspired class celebrating Kentucky’s signature spirit.
We’ll begin by making a savory bourbon-bacon jam crostini for a delicious appetizer to enjoy while the rest of the meal comes together. For the main course, you’ll prepare a thick-cut pork chop finished with a rich blackberry-bourbon sauce and paired with roasted Brussels sprouts. To round out the plate, you’ll make a warm, comforting spoonbread with sweet honey-bourbon butter.

In this hands-on class, you’ll make lemon and black pepper tagliatelle and build a full Italian-inspired meal featuring bruschetta with mushrooms and goat cheese, a crisp romaine salad with parmesan and lemon-caper vinaigrette, and plenty of fresh pasta tossed in our signature spicy vodka sauce.

You’ll pan-sear salmon fillets to perfection and pair them with lemony couscous, crispy potatoes with salt and vinegar sour cream, and a refreshing citrus and fennel salad.
